am i too harsh to u all?

well,it has been three weeks for the first month.
i'm still an exco bayangan.
according to our honourable puan norhayati,she claims that we all not qualified yet to be a EXCO.
BUT,lots of thing we have to handle, me for an example,i have to observe these little prefects.
Have to do all the checkup about their discipline concern.i hate it actually.
Eventough i'm just follow what is the teacher ask me to,but seems that some of them thought i was purposely wanna complain them.Nearly make me freak out!
I shouldnt shed my tears in front the others.i should see how i perform,like wad pn rathiga said "practise what u preach".i will rmmber this.thx.
M i too harsh to them?wad i've done is,i scold them very badly,eventough we are just start to school,plusmore,only January.
well,i have received so much complain about me.NVM,i wont take it to heart.but i will always remind myself not too rude to these little prefects.there are few months have to move on.without their help,i really dun know wad can i do.so,have to learn how to cooperate with the other people.
One of my friend,he told me that i was too strict to them.Because now is only the beginning.Close one eye,is the method to solve these problem.jux like wad he said i have to be more flexible.otherwise, both party will die because of high blood pressure.(haha)
well,as a Exco bayangan,i dont think that is necessary for me to do so well.because we are bayangan only.since that day that i became a Exco,i really give too much pressure to them.Poor them.
anyway,i will change.trust me.
i hope that other exco can remind me about anything that related to dicipline.plz kindly tell me all that.i'm new in lembaga pengawas.=)
