Are they Directly propotional?

interest=ambition?
i wonder.
does it mean that i have interest on it so i can fulfil my dream or ambition?is it real?
i went to the educational fair today.there are lots of college offering their courses over there.I sudden feel that i have many choice,yet is all about MONEY.i'm a poor student.i dont have money,so no private college is available for me.Never mind then.it doesnt matter.=)
I had heard some from the exhibitor over there.He is a top scholar as what my friend did.He got 12 A for spm,and fortunately he got UM for biomedical course.he is so lucky,of course his result is not bad too.But,he resolutely give up the dream of the people,he choose sourthern college.i asked him WHY?he said he dont want to torture himself by studying his unfavourable course.he said he actually want to study mass communication.it is his dream job too.though he has to retake diploma and give up eveything for the sake of his favourite subject.it is a real story.
he had made me to think twice about myself,my favourite course.what should i be?shall i follow my old plan?i'm not sure.again,my future is blurred.=(
May i have a little bit of silly and courage to pursue my dream?i'm not expecting too much,i just want a bit from u.God,please guide me the way.i hope u can hear me.=)
